There are good films. There are gorgeous. There are very high quality work. And there are films that I have seen - only once, but remember for years.
"Napoleon Dynamite" is a movie about another world. A bit nostalgic and insanely sweet. Calm, measured, causing a good smile. To be honest, I envy the main character a little bit. He has his own integral world, with which he is in balance.
Napoleon Dynamite is a typical example of a mismatch between a name and its owner. In this absolutely inhibited guy there is nothing imperial, majestic, and he stood out for his glory. It is quiet and calm, there is nothing from a bomb in it. He is a loser. He’s not even the hero of American Pie. You can only sympathize with him, which I did the first hour of viewing. But everyone, even the most loser loser, should have his five minutes of stellar glory.
How he danced! My God, how did he dance! What kind of pirouettes he made in front of the whole school! You look and think - hey, he's a great guy! I do not know how the rest, but for such a show I would not have the courage.
Recommended for viewing in a large company with a basin of popcorn. Definitely improves mood.
